What We Accept at Our Warehouse
We specialize in recycling #5 polypropylene (PP) plastics that are too small or too large for METRO.
Most large recycling facilities rely on massive automated sorting machines. While they process huge volumes, small plastics often fall through the cracks and are lost to the landfill.
At P3, we do things differently.
Our system is sorted by hand, which means no matter how small the item is, we give it a second life.
Small #5 Plastics We Accept
These items are commonly rejected or missed by curbside programs:
- Pop-top bottles
- Joint tubes
- Lids and caps
- Medicine bottles
- To Go Containers (Clean and Dry)
Large Plastics We Accept
Items that don’t fit in your bin or can’t be recycled curbside:
- Large #5 storage containers
- Bulk plastic packaging
- Oversized polypropylene products
If it’s too big for your bin, bring it to us. We’ll cut it down, grind it, and process it into new material right here locally.
